Thank you for shopping at Angies Glitz N Glam! In an effort to provide our clients with the best and most sanitary service as possible, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our jewelry. Store credits and exchanges are offered on bags, belts, shoes, hats, gloves and scarfs. You can return most new and unopened items within 7 business days from the day it was delivered for an exchange or store credit. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All exchange packages must be shipped with a tracking number. We also highly recommend that you insure your return packages,we are not responsible for any lost return packages. Also be advise You have up until 24 hours to cancel your order. To do so simply Just send us an email with your order number and info ,stating the reason you would like to cancel. After 24 hours your order will begin processing and we will not be able to issue you the cancellation option also ,Please be mindful that pictures may differ from the actual item! Thank you!

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.00/$8.00 for standard delivery. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please be adviced that any purchase made after 3pm will not be shipped out until the next business day.
